Based on the requirement of our customers proAsset offers the following services:

  • Helpdesk and bug fixing during proAsset regular working hours 
  • Helpdesk, telephone support, bug fixing and preventive maintenance during:
    • proAsset regular working hours
    • 24 hours support during weekdays
    • 24 hours support including weekends and official public holidays
  • Update of Software if new releases are available
  • Operational Support which includes client assistance to modify or create new configurations like process views, reports, calculations etc...
